THIS LADY BEHAVES #5

This is the second time I am writing this post because i lost the one that wrote for THREE HOURS when i clicked PUBLISH POST! How annoying right?

Anyway....

Introducing my TLB#5 is none other than Miss Jesy. 

LOOKBOOK has again given me yet another natural beauty that has captured the vintage heart in me. YES it is hard to find truly beautiful women in there and i was lucky to have stumbled upon Miss Jesy here who does not attempt to try to look good. She just does... She effortlessly portrays a very lady like vintage character in her with her plains-and-prints outfits. With all the flowers on her clothes, I'm sure she's a girly lady, all sweet and cute who can make a grown man cry.
It is very difficult for a whole lot of women to go out without make up on and Miss Jesy has little or none at all and she can pull it off like a pro.

So knowing how wonderfully gentle in photographs Miss Jesy is, I'm thinking LET'S GO CRAZY and turn her world upside down by giving her an idea for her next look with BLACK AND WHITE STRIPES!

I must say I am not an avid fan of Miss Drew Barrymore and Miss Chelsy Davy, but these dresses are to die for!! So wouldn't we all love to see Miss Jesy in one of these? And knowing how readily beautiful she is without make up on, I'm just a little too excited about seeing her WITH makeup on. Heavy and dark eyeshadows and reddish, pink, shiny lips.. (but keep in mind, when you want to work with your eyes, don't work too much with your lip and vice versa). And if you all think that this is smart, wait till i tell you with what shoes!!

DARK RED SHOES. This will rock Miss Jesy's world. It will be different, maybe it wont even be her style, but just for fun.. just for a change.. it is a brilliant look. In the photo shooting; No accessories needed, maybe bracelets, but no bags. Because the shoes will already be too loud. :) This specific shoes is something I could stare at all day!

I found a "flexible " that can be worn for dinner with black high heels and it can be worn for shopping with black slippers or sandals. A cute dress pouring with style!

Vintage COLOURS

LOOKBOOK is a fantasy 'home' for fashionistas where they can display all their talents about fashion and the talent itself about looking good. I recently joined not for me, god no, I think i'm far too old and my skin too NORMAL to compete with the gorgeous youth of lookbook. But i have to be straight with you. I don't find them all good. And in my own opinion, and i have the right to have one, here are some of the few that i have found appealing, talented, beautiful and absolutely creative. Vintage in some ways, modern inside out.
I will choose ladies in lookbook and post them on this blog because I have AN EYE FOR THE BEAUTIFUL. And in NO WAY can anyone bribe me to post them on MY blog if I know they should not be in here. The feelings that you feel in these pictures, natural and unnatural at the same time, it grabs you and takes you in their world, whether you belong or not. THAT'S TALENT!
And yes, this blog will be the home of images that has a story to tell.

This lady behaves no 2 is Miss ANDY HIDE the amount of detail is minimal but her eyes that can cut you into pieces breaks anyone away from anything they have to say. So therefore i am speechless................... The redness of her hair overcomes the lack of colour in her clothes. Her best looks, and i think she knows, are those that are black and/or white. Strong green shoes will compliment her skin.

So Miss Andy try creating an outfit that best suits this shoes and most of all, that best suits YOU. Stay gorgeous.

This lady behaves no.3 is Miss Barbro. The serenity in her posture makes you feel like you were there too. It's unbelievably hot where i'm sitting right now, but looking into this photograph makes me feel like wearing boots too. In this outfit, it shows how powerful a woman can be. The impact of the black jacket and the shirt inside knows you shouldn't be messing with her. But the flowy fuschia skirt shouts the lady"ness" in her, the same lady that you can approach and court like back then in the vintage days, but Miss Barbro is one vintage woman who can kick your ass! :)

I hope this amazing shoes gives Miss Barbro inspirations for her next look. 

My TLB#4 is a very young beauty. Seen in her postures she's blooming into her future as someone not only with good looks but with brains. Hmmmm how would i know this? Well i don't, but this is about my opinion NOT YOURS. :) And in my opinion, which by the way has always led me to great things and has not let me down.. Introducing Miss Aleksandra S.

Miss Aleksandra deserves to be a THISLADYBEHAVES, not only because she can work and carry with the vintage look, but because she has incorporated her youthfulness into it. You know her face came from the now, from the present. And she shows us that we don't have to be old to adore vintage. When she turns away from the camera, she shows her vulnerability in the open. A beautiful side of women that has been underestimated by men.

CLOGS!!!!!! Oh i couldn't wait to post this....

Dear blog,

I love shoes, have you noticed? And right now, my passion goes to clogs. BECAUSE I SIMPLY CANNOT FIND A GOOD ONE HERE!!!! All that i have seen and felt are just not right. NOT PERFECT ENOUGH. I'm sure you'll know what i'm talking about buying something you have to be really crazy about or it's just not worth it... I have bought so many shoes that i WAS ABSOLUTELY CRAZY about. BUT IT DIDN'T MEAN I WORE THEM!!! I swear, i bought shoes because they looked SOOOO GOOD more often than i bought shoes because they were comfortable. WELL YES, A GOOD PAIR OF SHOES MUST BE BOTH. And believe me, i don't buy just anything when it comes TO SHOES! Bags i don't care for so much, but SHOES??? So let me tell you that when i see A ROGER VIVIER,  I'LL GET IT EVEN IF IT DIDN'T FIT ME! But of course, i'll starve myself first for a couple of months to afford it! HA!

A pair of CLOGS is WANTED in my hot list for shopping right now. AND I NEED THE PERFECT ONE LIKE THESE:  AND I MEAN PERFECT!!!

The solid heavy heels, the studs, the colour and the right amount of detail, the right size of it's buckle design, the perfect height, the perfect leather that is blackish brown with a little flash and tones red. THIS SHOES RIGHT HERE IS NATURALLY DIVINE!!!! 

Clogs (before was called sabots or klompens) were desinged as work shoes for fields,  they kept feet clean and the heavy material so it is durable. NO I'M NOT KIDDING. Now who would ever think they would evolve into something so fashionable!

SO IF you don't know yet, what PERFECT CLOGS GOES WITH PERFECTLY. It will be my pleasure to create one. Let me just look for the sources....

I'm SORRY i have to share this BEAUTIFUL pair of SHOES!

I just couldn't find where i found this image from. I found it about a year ago... And i really fell inlove with this shoes!!! I just had to post it. Words are not needed!!!  hmmmmmm but do let me think of a look for these hot pair!!

Introducing the MODERN SADDLE SHOES!

Let's create a look with what the saddle shoes has evolved into. This shoes right here is from modcloth yet again because and just because they only have really amazing collection of vintage shoes.

So along with this vintage shoes something plaid comes to my head. Trousers that are fit but no TOO fit. A must though would be NO BAGGY, LOSE PANTS. you'll have to show off these shoes, and in order to do so, you have to show your fibula, that's the round socket that sticks out on the side of your ankle. YES I JUST GOOGLED THAT. AND YES IT IS IMPORTANT!! I'm a perfectionist, not all the time, but when it comes to this I AM. So the perfect pair of pants to do all that would be this one worn by Avril Lavigne (yes, had to google her last name too). This pants is plaid, straight cut, fit, and just perfect for the look i'm trying to create.



The one on the right is definately not Avril Lavigne, the one on the left though is.. And to top this off, we HAVE to match it with a PLAIN, i repeat, PLAIN and quite loose blouse. White or Black. Why? Because the bottom is already busy, you don't want to make it too complicated and too LOUD by adding a detailed or colourful blouse. It would be amazing if you have an off shoulder top. That would bring the lady in you. These are my suggestions:

So there you have it. Just TRUST me. Go out, buy these items, throw in some great artistic accessories, with colours! Wear a BLACK bag, and look at yourself in the mirror, you'll thank me. :) Don't for get the accessories!!!! GORGEOUS!!!!!

OH MY GOD!!! I'M SUPER EXCITED ABOUT THIS POST! I have found the next great thing about VINTAGE! And that's saddle shoes!

I've got so much to say, i don't know where to start... oh wait... I JUST DID!!! ANYWAY I remember I've created a page on facebook about saddle shoes, well it's really still under this lady behaves (facebook) but alot of my friends love that saddle shoes gone modern in there that I uploaded from OH GOSH... i don't remember where... hmmm let me think about that later. But yes, wearing saddle shoes that looks exactly like the old version is tricky for women. It really suits guys more.. But if you do find one for women here is what you should be wearing it with.. oh and stick to the classic saddle shoes colour black and white!!

 It's a must to accessorize this outfit with a long strand of golden pearl necklace. You can make one your own.Or you can buy one from this site http://www.perlunapearls.com/golden-pearls.html. But they have to be in this form around your neck. And it would be great to throw in golden bracelet stacks. This will bring out the gold features in your bag. And the whiteness of your bag will bring out the coolness of your saddle shoes!!!!  I'M A GENIUS!!!!! hihihi

Cloche Hats! Once again!

It's so frustrating being in a country where you can see a HUGE mall in every corner of the street, where there is a shopping centre in every train station, AND I CAN NOT WHAT SO EVER AND HOW SO EVER find a simple CLOCHE HAT!!!!! I have been looking for months, and yes, i would spot some hats that looks similar but it doesn't go down to cover my forehead which it should do, hmmmm maybe i have a big head, BUT NO, it was just poorly designed!!! :) Anyway...

The one on the right is from hatsca.com Why i love these hats? They are VINTAGE LOOKING! They frame the face, to make you look more delicate, more gentle... romantic.. something like that. Look at Angelina Jolie, wearing a hat like that, you'll never guess she's covered in tatoos! It so woderful that when i get one of these i don't have to brush my hair anymore and look absolutely stylish the momet i get out of the bed and wear it. hehehe RIGHT? Oh and of course, it also protects our faces from the sun! hihihi

A Simple 50's Look
